They only care about their profit, nothing else. Guides are not knowledgeable, most excursions are available only for additional cost and totally overpriced. They buy tickets for the cheapest flights, late at night, bringing people to airports 6-10 hours before the flight. There are other russian speaking agency in Buenos Airos, try those, avoid Ankristur.
